Most people think they have to buy Christmas lights, climb a ladder, and then figure out where to store everything come January. Our lease program takes all of that off your plate.
We walk the property with you and measure the roofline, trees, bushes, walkways, columns, and railings. You pick the look: warm white, cool white, classic multicolor, or a mix.
We install in October and November on a first come, first served basis, on a date scheduled ahead of time. Every strand is cut and fit to your home, run on a timer, and we clean up completely.
A strand goes out, a bulb fails, a windstorm knocks something loose: you call or text and we come fix it. No charge and no limit on service calls. The lights are ours, so keeping them working is our job.
We take everything down in January, usually between the second and the end of the month. It all goes back to our shop to be inspected, repaired, and stored indoors. Nothing takes up space in your garage or attic.
Your design stays on file. In late summer we reach out to confirm. Returning customers get first pick of install dates and a lower rate. It is one season at a time, never a long contract.

Price depends on how much roofline we are covering, how many stories, and how much landscape and tree work you want. Returning seasons usually run about 10 to 20 percent less than the first year, since the design work is already done. Every quote is free.
Not included: electrical work beyond a standard exterior outlet, permits for commercial properties, and any decorations you supply yourself.
